Our Process

Booking process

For the booking process: once you choose a package you'd like to go with, We'll ask a few more questions to develop a contract, then I'll send that over to you for review. If all looks good, we’ll both sign it. Then you’ll put the $200 deposit down (check or Venmo). The remaining payment is due 1 week before the wedding. A couple weeks before the wedding I'll send you an email asking for the finalized timeline for the day, confirming times and locations are correct. Then the big day comes!

Filming process

For filming on your wedding day, we arrive where you're getting ready, about 1 hour before you get into your dress. We film around, getting a bunch of shots of the process, hair, makeup, etc. Most of these processes are already finished so we often stage some of it. Sometimes we catch the hair and makeup live if the timing works out, but no big deal. We then capture you getting your dress buttoned/zipped up, shoes on, last touches, that type of stuff. We will do the same with the groom if he's around the same area. If he's in a different location, we often stage some getting ready shots at the ceremony once they arrive. Then we do the ceremony, stage some candid shots with you between your ceremony and reception (if you have a traditional timeline, but it can be before the ceremony if you're doing a first look), then set up for the reception! Introductions, first dances, toasts, everyone dancing, we cover all of that.
